before tattoo
appointment
Not only is aftercare important, but taking care of yourself before your tattoo appointment is just as important. One of the best things you can do is stay hydrated. Drinking plenty of water helps keep both your body and your skin hydrated, which can make for a better tattooing experience. We also recommend eating a good meal not only on the day of your appointment, but the day before as well. Proper nutrition helps keep your energy levels up and can make long sessions much more comfortable. Getting a good night’s sleep is equally important. Tattooing can be physically and mentally exhausting. Your body burns calories and adrenaline during the process, so coming in well-rested can make a big difference. Don’t forget to bring snacks if you’re planning a longer session. We also have snacks and drinks available if needed!
after care
The bandage we provide should remain on your tattoo for 5 days. During those 5 days, we recommend avoiding: • Long hot showers • Swimming, soaking, hot tubs, baths • Tanning beds • Saunas • Picking, pulling, scratching, or scrubbing the bandage If the bandage we originally applied comes off or needs to be changed, thoroughly clean and dry the area before applying the extra bandage provided in your aftercare package. After 5 days, you may remove the bandage. We recommend doing this in the shower, as warm water can help make removal easier and more comfortable. Once the bandage has been removed, gently wash your tattoo with an antibacterial soap. We recommend using a fragrance-free liquid soap, such as Dial Gold. Pat the area dry with a clean paper towel, then apply a thin layer of fragrance-free white lotion. Continue washing and moisturizing your tattoo twice daily for the next 10–14 days, or until it is fully healed. As always, you can refer back to the printed aftercare instructions included in your aftercare package. If you have any questions or concerns during the healing process, don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

i grew up on the Big island of Hawai'i and spent much of my teen life in and around a tattoo shop, but before any of that my love for art started before i could even walk. from 18 months old until i was 5 years old i spent my life in a body cast watching from the side lines, watching my mother paint and my father built absolutely extraordinary homes, my introduction to creating with nothing but your hands became very well known. i started getting tattooed at the age of 16 by a women who then became my mentor and is now one of my closest friends, by 20 i was a single mom now juggling my very newly started career along side motherhood. today my daughter is 23 and has grown into an extraordinary women, i am beyond proud of her and so grateful that she is now at the shop i created. art and tattooing has always been a way of life for me. i stay humble and try to learn, grow, and practice my craft every day. for the past 23 years i am beyond thankful for all of my clients from across the world. the trust, support, and loyalty you have all shown me and my art over the years mean everything to me. without all of you, i wouldn't be where i am today.
at the end of the day, i just try to be a good tryer.

I always knew tattooing would be a part of my life, but I never imagined it would become my everything. Growing up in a tattoo shop, I was introduced to the industry at a very young age. At the time, I only saw the finished artwork and the excitement that came with it. What I didn’t realize was the dedication, sacrifice, and the countless hours of work required behind the scenes. Growing up in Hawai‘i and later moving to the mainland it opened my eyes to endless opportunities, yet no matter where life took me, tattooing always found its way back to me. My mom has been my biggest inspiration throughout this journey. I spent my life watching her dedicate herself to her this craft, and she often told me that tattooing would be one of the hardest careers I could choose. Naturally, I didn’t listen. Looking back now, I understand exactly what she meant. I began my apprenticeship in Omaha, Nebraska, shortly after graduating high school in 2020. 5 years later, I made the move to Maryland, bringing with me lessons, experiences, and a deeper appreciation for the craft. The more I learn about tattooing, the more I realize there is always something new to discover. Art has always been my way of expressing what words sometimes cannot. Through the challenges of adulthood, being diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and finding my place within this industry, I’ve been fortunate to meet talented artists and mentors who believed in me and encouraged me to keep growing. Their support helped shape both the artist and the woman I am today. Now, I have the privilege of working alongside the woman who inspired me to pursue this career in the first place. for the past 3 years, I am incredibly grateful for every person who has helped me along the way. Tattooing is more than a job--it becomes a part of who you are. It challenges you, inspires you, and pushes you to continuously grow. Everyday, I strive to refine my craft, create meaningful artwork, continuously learn and to stay educated with my craft and to build lasting connections with the people who trust me to tell a piece of their story while allowing me to share a piece of mine.

I’M A FRENCH-AMERICAN TATTOO ARTIST WITH 7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. WHAT STARTED AS SOMETHING I THOUGHT WOULD SIMPLY BE A CAREER PATH QUICKLY BECAME MY GREATEST PASSION. TATTOOING HAS GROWN INTO SO MUCH MORE THAN A PROFESSION—IT HAS BECOME MY CREATIVE OUTLET AND A WAY TO BRING MY IDEAS TO LIFE.
WHEN I’M NOT TATTOOING, I’M WRITING A THREE-PART GRAPHIC NOVEL AND CONTINUING TO EXPLORE MY LOVE FOR ART IN EVERY FORM. I’M ALSO AN ENTHOMOLOGY ENTHUSIAST AND A PROUD PET PARENT TO A BLACK CAT AND AN AUSTRALIAN SHEPHERD.
